Wallace Collection Case Study

THE BRIEF

The brief for this event was to come up with a historical venue of interest, but away from the obvious choices. The Wallace Collection is a brilliant venue as it ticks all the boxes and also has a really interesting and contemporary space called the Courtyard, which was perfect for this event, an evening reception for 250 guests in early Autumn.

Once the museum closed its doors, we set to work. Our catering company swept in to create a bespoke bar, in addition to a fabulous Salmon station for guests to enjoy. Our lighting team used the colours of the Autumn season to transform the space into a relaxed and cosy event space, using the best parts to highlighting the architectural merits of the room to enhance the overall guest experience.

We had to place large screens around the venue as the client wanted to show a short film. Our guests arrived to trays of sparkling champagne and sumptuous canapes and enjoyed an evening under the stars.
