THE BRIEF

Our brief was to firstly come up with a prestigious, interesting, and unique venue in central London. The event was a client’s reception for 300 guests. The guest list was our clients top clients, so the venue had to be a real draw, and an invitation which no one could resist!

The National Gallery was the perfect fit. To have exclusive access to one of its famous galleries is very special indeed, which is exactly what happened for this event. The turnaround time is tight at the venue and we had to wait until the gallery doors were closed to the public before we could set up. 

Our team operated a very tight ship as we transformed the gallery space using the latest in lighting and production. Beautiful uplighting helped to create the breathtaking space we were looking for, and we used one of the finest florists in London to add another dimension to the room. Once the gallery space was filled with gorgeous floral scents, our guests started to arrive. Sumptuous champagne cocktails were served and guests enjoyed dining on an array of fabulous canapes by one of London’s best catering companies-a perfect evening!
