Battersea Evolution Case Study
THE BRIEF
This client wanted a showstopping Christmas party for 1500 guests. Battersea Evolution is just the ticket for large corporate events.
Battersea Evolution is completely transformed into a perfect party space throughout December, offering fun and excitement on a large scale!
Guests arrived at the venue and were greeted by waiting staff with trays of sparkling champagne, and they mingled with friends and colleagues while taking in the striking surroundings.
The theme was apres ski and the venue was transformed into a fantastic ski resort with apres ski bars, a centre stage in the main area, and the highest level of production to ensure guests are whisked away into a fabulous fantasy land. There was live entertainment in the form of high energy dancers during the reception. During dinner there was further entertainment in the form of acrobatics and a dance show to entertain guests.
After dinner, the guests danced away to the sounds of the DJ, or ordered drinks with friends at one of the many bars serving speciality beers and cocktails. A great party!
